The 60-Second Version

If you have paid for leads or rented a website, you already know the three problems.

Here is what each one costs you, and what this system does about it.

You bought leads that three of your competitors bought too. The fix

Local Services Ads and Search run on your own Google accounts, pointing at your own site and your own Google Business Profile. The call comes to you, and only to you. You see every dollar in the account because the account is yours.

You rented a website, and the rent never stopped. The fix

The domain, the site, the Google Business Profile and the ad accounts go in your name from day one. Stop the monthly and the domain, the Google Business Profile and the ad accounts stay live in your name; the site files and your contact list are handed over on request, with no transfer fee and no 30-day window.

You missed the call, and the homeowner called the next name on the list. The fix

Maya texts every missed call back within seconds, under your business name, and keeps the conversation going until it is booked or the homeowner says no. On Territory Leader, the top tier, Alex picks up live on ring one instead.

Priced On The Page

Three tiers. Setup and monthly, both printed here.

Every tier runs on the same Maverick AI workforce and the same typical 14-day build. Higher tiers add live phone answering, content, a bigger website and more channels. Nothing is hidden in the terms, and there is no usage wallet to top up.

Why this is more than about $300 a month. Because it is a bigger cheque for a different thing, and you should see the whole of both before you choose. A rented system at about $300 a month is software you log into: the texts, the call minutes and the phone number usually draw down a balance on top of the headline number, the ad management is bought somewhere else, and someone in your shop still has to run the toolbox. Here the number on the card is the number — one flat monthly, the Maverick AI workforce doing the work, and people accountable for what it produces. Ad spend is the only thing outside it, and you pay that to the platforms rather than to us.

What is not included, on purpose: ad spend. You fund your own Google, Local Services Ads and Meta accounts directly, so you own the account, the history and every dollar in it. Ad budgets vary by trade, market and tier, and the build call sizes yours to your goals. Maverick charges a flat monthly to run the system on top of it — never a percentage of your spend.

Own It vs Rent It

The difference is what you still have the day you stop paying.

Plenty of companies will rent a contractor a website and a dashboard for about $300 a month. Read the terms before you sign one. Here is the same six questions asked of both.

A rented system at about $300 a month

Generic example of the rental model, drawn from terms of service these companies publish.
  • OwnershipThe site sits on their platform under a licence they can revoke. The code, the theme and the templates typically stay with them.
  • What the price coversThe headline number rarely covers text messages, call minutes or the phone number. Those draw down a balance that tops itself up.
  • Who does the workYou get a login and a toolbox. Someone on your crew still has to run it, or it sits there.
  • TimelineWhenever the build queue gets to you.
  • When you leaveThe site goes dark. Your contact history may be held for a short window and then deleted. Moving the domain can cost a fee.
  • ComplianceMessage registration, consent language and licence disclosure are listed as your responsibility in the fine print.

The Trade Show, built by Maverick

Each of these is written into how the build is run, not a claim about results.
  • OwnershipThe domain, the website, the Google Business Profile and the ad accounts are in your name from day one. Your contacts export whenever you ask.
  • What the price coversOne flat monthly per tier, printed above. No usage wallet, no per-text or per-minute charge, no percentage of ad spend.
  • Who does the workFour AI employees and the people who manage them. You approve the wording and the offer; Maverick runs it and reports on it.
  • TimelineTypically 14 days from the build call, on a published day-by-day plan.
  • When you leaveMonth-to-month, cancel online from the link in your receipt. The domain, the Google Business Profile, the ad accounts and the ad history stay live in your name; the site files and your contacts are handed over on request. No transfer fee, no 30-day data window.
  • ComplianceHandled at the system level: licence disclosure on the page, A2P 10DLC registration filed day one under your business name and EIN, analytics and advertising tags that honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, review requests that are never gated or incentivised.

What is yours. What is ours. In writing, on this page.

Yours

Opened in your business name, and still yours the day you stop paying us.
  • The domain
  • The website content and the site files
  • The Google Business Profile
  • The ad accounts, and the history inside them
  • Your CRM contacts and call recordings, exported on request
  • The call-tracking number, ported out on request

Ours

Agency IP, licensed to you while you are a client. It is the machinery that runs the crew, and it is not part of the business you keep.
  • Maverick's prompt library
  • The workflow logic behind the AI employees
  • The guardrails they are made to run inside
  • The page, campaign and follow-up templates

You keep the business. We keep the machinery that runs the crew — and you should know which is which before you buy, not afterwards.

Instant Value

What are the calls you do not answer actually worth?

Move the three inputs to your own numbers. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored.

Your numbers, your estimate — not a promise of results. It assumes every missed call was a real job you could have won, which is the ceiling, not the average.

That is $10,305 a month going to the next name on the list. Maya texts every missed call back in seconds — Launchpad is $2,000 to build and $500 a month to keep running.

The Timeline

Typically 14 days, start to live.

The same four steps on every tier. The only thing that changes is how much goes live in step three.

01

Build Call

Confirm trade, market, tier and licence details. The setup payment starts the build.

02

Days 1–7 — Foundation

Google Business Profile, listings, landing page, call tracking and speed-to-lead go live. A2P 10DLC registration begins.

03

Days 8–14 — Paid Channels

Search goes live by day 14, on your own ad accounts, with Meta on Market Presence and above. Local Services Ads go live as soon as Google completes your licence and insurance verification.

04

From Launch Day — Managed

The monthly fee begins the day your system goes live. Optimization and reporting to cost-per-booked-job, for the tier you chose.

Fabricated reviews, ever

Claria never writes a review, never incentivises a selective set of customers to leave one, and never hides a negative review from view. Review requests go to every closed job, not only the ones likely to go five stars. The FTC's Rule on Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) bans fake reviews and review suppression by threat, intimidation or false accusation, and the FTC has said that asking only your happy customers for reviews could violate the FTC Act. Claria is built to do none of these, and that is the standard applied to every review shown anywhere on this site.

Compliance

Built in, not dumped on you in the fine print.

A contractor's licence is the asset. Nothing in this system is allowed to put it at risk, which is why these six are handled at the system level rather than listed as your responsibility. These controls travel with the system nationwide; the licence-disclosure statutes cited below are California's as the applicable example — every state's build is written to that state's own advertising and licensing rules.

Licence disclosure on every page

Your licence number appears in the visible copy of the landing page and the ad units, because Business and Professions Code §7030.5 requires it in every form of advertising — in the ad itself, not only on the page the ad links to. The compliance gate holds the page back from going fully live until the licence number is on it.

A2P 10DLC registered day one

Business text messaging is registered as part of the build, not left for you to work out later. The registration is filed under your business name and your EIN, in the first week, so the text-back can go live as soon as the carriers approve it. Registrations do not transfer between providers — nobody's do — so if you ever leave, we help you re-register with the next one.

Opt-out honoured at the browser level

Advertising and analytics tags honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track as an opt-out — a visitor with either signal switched on loads no tags at all. This page ships with every tag switched off until the IDs are added.

AI disclosure on every conversation

Maverick AI is an automated assistant, and it says so at the start of the conversation, answers honestly when asked, and hands off to a person on request. Alex, the live voice employee on Territory Leader only, adds call-recording disclosure at the start of every call.

Review requests never gated, never paid for

Every completed job gets the same request and the same link. No one is screened out for being likely to leave three stars, and no gift card is ever offered for a review.

Advertising language checked before it runs

Ad and page copy is reviewed against California contractor advertising rules before it goes live. §7071.13 makes an advertising reference to the surety bond you carry grounds for licence suspension, so that wording stays off the page — even when it is true of your business. §7027.1 keeps the advertising inside the classifications you actually hold, and the contractor is the advertiser of record either way — which is why every page and ad unit is written from your own licence record.

Questions

Before you pay for anything.

What do I actually own?
The domain, the website, the Google Business Profile, the Google Ads and Local Services Ads accounts, the Meta ad account where one applies, and your contact records. They are created in your name, and they stay in your name. Maverick works inside them with managed access, which we can be removed from without anything breaking. Your contacts export on request, in a standard file, any time you ask.
What happens if I cancel?
The monthly is month-to-month with no minimum term, and you cancel online using the link in your receipt. After that, Maverick stops managing the system and the last month you paid for runs out. Your domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and ad history stay live in your name, and your website files and contact list are handed over on request. There is no transfer fee, and no 30-day window after which your data is deleted. The one thing that does not come back is the setup fee, which is non-refundable once the system is delivered.
Why is the monthly fee mandatory?
Because the parts that make it work are ongoing work, not a one-time build. Ads have to be watched and re-bid, Maya's conversations have to be reviewed, reviews have to be answered, A2P registration has to be maintained, and the reporting to cost-per-booked-job has to be produced. A build with nobody running it degrades within weeks, and selling you one would be selling you a website. If you want a site alone, that is a different conversation and an honest one to have on the build call.
Is ad spend included?
No, and it never is. You fund your Google, Local Services Ads and Meta accounts directly, which is what makes them yours. Ad budgets vary by trade, market and tier, and the build call sizes yours to your goals. The monthly you pay Maverick is flat, printed on this page, and is not a percentage of what you spend, so nobody here has a reason to push your budget up.
How fast is 14 days, really?
Typically 14 days from the build call, provided you get us the licence number, the logo or brand files, access to any existing accounts, and about an hour of your time on the call. Days 1 to 7 are the foundation: profile, listings, landing page, call tracking and speed-to-lead. Search goes live by day 14; Local Services Ads go live as soon as Google completes your licence and insurance verification, which Google runs directly with you on your own account. Monthly management begins the day your system goes live. If something on your side is missing, the clock waits for it rather than the build shipping half-done.
Do I need a licence?
Yes, and it has to be current and in the classification you are advertising in your state. The build can start before the number is in hand, but the compliance gate holds the page back from going fully live until the licence number is on it. Local Services Ads is its own check: Google verifies your licence and insurance directly with you, on your own account, which is another reason the account has to be yours.
Are the AI employees really AI?
Yes, and they say so. Maverick AI is an automated assistant. It discloses that at the start of the conversation, tells the truth if a homeowner asks whether they are talking to a person, and hands off to a human the moment someone asks for one. Alex, the voice employee on Territory Leader, opens calls with recording disclosure. None of them is presented as a member of your staff.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, in either direction. Moving up, you pay the difference between the setup fees and the new monthly rate starts on the next billing date. Moving down, the lower monthly starts on the next billing date and the features above that tier stop; what was already built stays on your site and in your accounts, because you own it. Multi-trade or multi-location businesses usually run a separate build per market, and that is worth sizing on the build call.
What is the best way for a contractor to get more leads without buying shared leads?
Run the channels yourself on accounts you own: a Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads and Search ads that point at your own website, plus instant follow-up on every call and web enquiry. That is what this system sets up and manages. Because the accounts are yours, the calls come to you alone rather than to several contractors who bought the same lead.
Does this work for plumbers, electricians, HVAC and roofers?
The system is built for licensed contractors and home-service businesses in any trade, in any US market: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, landscaping, garage doors and more. Your trade, service area and licence details are set on the build call. Local Services Ads eligibility varies by trade and location, so the build call also confirms which channels fit your market.
What is missed-call text-back for contractors?
When a call to your business number goes unanswered, an automatic text goes back to the caller within seconds, so the homeowner is talking to you instead of dialling the next contractor. On this system Maya sends it under your business name, discloses that she is an AI assistant, and hands off to a person the moment someone asks.
